Conquering the Formula Ladder
Ralf Aron was born on March 21, 1998, in Tallinn, Estonia. He started karting at 6 years old and quickly began building the skills that would one day help him race around the world.
He made his international single-seater debut in the Formula Renault 1.6 NEC and Nordic championships in 2014, finishing as runner-up and sixth respectively.
In 2015, Ralf moved up to the Italian Formula 4 Championship with Prema Powerteam. He dominated the field by winning nine races, finishing on the podium 13 times, and ultimately winning the championship.
His performance earned him a seat in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship, where he continued to learn the ropes of high-downforce machinery from 2016 to 2018.

Management and GT3 racing
From 2019 through 2021, Ralf Aron made his mark as a team manager for Prema Racing in the Formula Regional European Championship—leading both driver and team to titles.
In 2022, Ralf worked as a simulator driver for the Sauber F1 team while also managing an LMP2 team for Prema Racing in the FIA WEC and ELMS. That year, the team won the ELMS championship and finished second at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
In 2023, Ralf began racing GT cars and joined Mercedes-AMG as a Junior Driver. He competed in both the ADAC GT Masters with Haupt Racing Team and the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup with Theeba Motorsport. He finished second in the GT Masters championship, sharing the car with Alain Valente.
In 2024, Ralf expanded his endurance racing résumé by joining the GT World Challenge Asia with Climax Racing. He also kept racing with Haupt Racing Team at the Nürburgring, competed in the 24 Hours of Spa with GruppeM Racing, and raced in the famous Macau GT World Cup with Toro Racing. Thanks to his strong performances, he was promoted to Mercedes-AMG Factory Driver that same year.
In 2025, Ralf started the year by joining Lone Star Racing for the famous Rolex 24 at Daytona, which was his first race in North America’s top endurance series. He also continued racing with Climax Racing in the Asian Le Mans Series. Later in the year, he will compete with GetSpeed in the Nürburgring 24 Hours and GT Open, and keep racing in GT World Challenge Asia with Climax Racing.
Off the track

When he's not racing, Ralf stays active with other sports like skiing, surfing, and playing paddle with friends. These activities fuel his competitive spirit and provide a refreshing contrast to the high intensity of life on the track. Traveling is another passion close to his heart. Experiencing different cultures and finding hidden gems around the world offers new perspectives and inspiration.
At home, you'll often find Ralf spending time with friends and family. Whether he's sharing a meal with friends, enjoying his role as an uncle, or simply relaxing with a movie at home. Those everyday moments keep him grounded.
